The Invasion IS Happening, America

Ladies and Gentlemen of America,

Ann Coulter is one of my greatest heroes fighting in the social media for returning the United States of America back to governance under our rules of law.

By now it is no secret the USA is the literal target of invasion by foreign nationals who blatantly defy our nation’s immigration laws to come here to establish their own homelands within US territory.

The invasion is so blatant and obvious even a cave man could see it.

However, Democratic Party members, and some Republican Party members, continue to pretend that this unprecedented invasion of the USA is not happening.

The invasion IS happening, America, and many of the persons we have elected to public office (primarily Democrats) do not care to be inconvenienced with a remedy to the dilemma. That remedy is simple and quite effortless: It’s called “enforcing the law”: a concept that has preserved the USA as a civilized society for over two centuries.

For decades we have pleaded with our political governors to bring our country back under the rule of law by simply enforcing our immigration laws. Yet, all of our pleas, our humble solicitations, our passionate urges have fallen on mostly deaf ears and blind eyes.

Our humble attempts to bring our nation back under the rule of law, in accordance with protocols established by our Constitution, have failed. Freedom to assemble and speak is meaningless when those assemblies and pleadings by the people are deliberately ignored.
Yes, America: ignored by political governors without the elementary courage and spiritual determination to preserve America as a nation of laws.

These are truly ugly days for our country.

Apparently, the only thing our political governors understand is the imminent threat of civil unrest.

I do not outwardly profess that Americans engage in a violent civil uprising. However, if such is the consequence of governments, both federal and state, who arrogantly and deliberately neglect and dismiss the grievances of the people they purportedly represent, then I will do nothing to stop such outcome. For I am helpless to stop it.

United States of America: may God help you.

  1. We need to get back by any means possible. The government will not help. Line those leaders up and give them what they deserve.

I heard the FEMA trucks are on the way as we speak.

Under the Obama administration deportations have sharply increased. And I don’t think the majority of foreigners that enter without inspection are targeting America to destroy it, but rather to add to it. I think one of the most important things that is overlooked is generational acclimation. While it is true that first generation immigrants often struggle to acculturate the further down the generations go the better the acculturation. Anyway, immigration and globalization are inevitable, so why not deal with it in a humane and intelligent then try and seal off all our borders and only enhance restrictions.
Also this is evidence of Obama’s enforcement of immigration:

The deport figures is just like many of the government accounting, it called creative accounting, to fool the people of what is really going on. Then we found out the truth later after the damage has been done.

if amnesty is a result of the current political process and the will the people is ignored, then it’s time to lock and load.

all local politicians and national need to feel the anger of the American people, they should be wearing it.

  7. the American says

Those deportation numbers you refer to are misleading and the administration has had to admit such, so don’t try to purposely mislead those people here… they all know better.

  9. They want cheap labor and illegal votes!

  10. Jesse Gray says

Thanks for the reply. First of all I just want to say that it doesn’t matter if you are deported at the border or in the interior, a deportation is a deportation. Second, thanks for sharing the article. The way I read it is that previous administrations have not counted border deportations as deportations to report to Congress. So whats to say that Obama is just stopping illegal immigration at the border instead of letting people in and deporting them from the interior, do we have those numbers? And also Sec. Johnson said that he thinks they are vigorously and efficiently enforcing the law, as the Obama administration. Also, I am not interested in misleading people I am interested in the truth, and that is found in empirical data, not my opinion. Another thing has not been taken into account is that DUI’s have recently been moved to a priority 1 for enforcement and ICE is having a field day with that change, more deportations.

  11. Jesse Gray says

Maybe the greater will lies in liberalizing immigration.

  12. the American says

The only desire to change it comes from those who directly benefit from it, in the immediate future, while undermining and understanding the long term damage it will cause, like every other liberal idea.

  13. the American says

they’re counting people being turned away at the border as a deportation when it’s not… it’s an apprehension …previous administrations did not count that as a deportation so these high deportation numbers that he’s claiming are incorrect and misleading and actually he has deported less illegal aliens than any other president.

  14. the American says

I hope you’re right about the DUI’s… something these people don’t get is the American people are being charitable and going above and beyond by even letting them be here… ..that they choose to commit crime when they’re being granted a favor in the first place is a slap in the face….Americans respect Mexico’s sovereignty ….Mexicans need to respect ours….it really is that simple ….we do not seem to have that problem with Canada…they show us a mutual respect as we do them , when it comes to the border between our countries.

  15. Jesse Gray says

I would agree with you that those who benefit would support it. However, I would contend that there are numerous others who do not benefit from it, yet support it. I for one am an example, I am a US citizen and I support more favorable immigration laws and policies. Also I think generalizing is dangerous, “every other liberal idea.” I consider myself to lean more conservative, however I can’t generalize that every conservative idea is good, or that every liberal idea is bad.

  16. Jesse Gray says

Ok to your points: First, I have lived in the third world on a number of occasions, and it doesn’t take long t see why someone would come to the US. And I think that dangerous criminals should be deported, I also think that people make mistakes and that a mistake does not necessarily reflect who you are as a person. And to say that we are doing them a favor might be a bit of a stretch, I do believe in sovereignty, but I believe in humanity first. People are b being oppressed in other countries and I like to think that if I were in their shoes I would enter legally, but I honestly can’t say that.

I think that a deportation is a deportation, if you are apprehended at the border that sounds like you are taken into custody. To me that sounds like the opposite of being let loose back into Mexico, whether voluntary or not. Also I am not sure that he has deported fewer immigrants than other President, lets remember that William Harrison only lived a short while as President.

But I appreciate your insights and dialogue.

  17. Gary Carlo says

Actually deportation is a judicial process and has a specific meaning. Only a judge can deport. Detaining someone at the border to determine status and sending them back is not a deportation it is simply denied entry.

As far as making a mistake…it’s not a mistake to drive drunk. It’s a crime. We have enough of our own criminals we don’t need to import more

I don’t really care how oppressed they are in their home country. There are processes for seeking asylum. Instead of turning us into the 3rd world shithole where they come from maybe stay and fix your own country

  18. Jesse Gray says

Mr. Carlo, thanks for the comments. Yes it is true that a judge is the only person who may enter an order of deportation. However ICE may also remove certain illegal immigrants without the EOIR. As I am sure you know both the EOIR and ICE are under the DHS, and the DHS is under the direction of the President. Now I will correct my previous comment by stating that under the Obama administration there has been a steady diet of removals.

Now I will concede that I am not a fan of driving under the influence, and honestly I do not even drink. However I would say that if I meet a person that has a DUI I do not automatically assume that is a bad person or a criminal. I let their overall character dictate how I see them. And yes, good people make mistakes, and break the law on occasion. Before the executive action, a DUI was not a priority 1 offense for prosecutorial discretion, but it was announced as such (wonder why the 5th circuit did not bring that up too, if they decided to enjoin the executive actions?). I do believe in laws and I do believe in law enforcements ability to interpret them, just like the police do not pull over every car that is speeding, which in my state is a class b misdemeanor, aka a crime (maybe I should sue my governor or mayor for not enforcing the laws).

Next, I am sorry that you do not or cannot empathize/sympathize with the situations that drive immigrants to enter the US illegally. In many Central American countries gangs have control over neighborhoods and towns and extort, recruit, kill others who oppose them. To these people breaking the law to enter the US is better than being killed or extorted their whole lives. Also, you claim that asylum is the answer, however many asylum claims are denied because of overly rigid and bias interpretations of asylum law. Also I am sorry that you think that the majority or more of the immigrants that come here turn this country into a “shithole.” While I think it would be impossible not to concede that some immigrants that come here intend ill will, I would contend the majority that come here are seeking to improve their lives, and in turn make our country stronger, self interest.

Again thanks for sharing your ideas.
