Gustavo Castillo Gutierrez was charged Tuesday for causing a car crash in Oklahoma City that killed local sports journalist Bob Barry Jr.
The fatal crash occurred on Saturday. According to police, Barry was on his motorcycle in the left lane on May Ave., near Memorial, when Gutierrez was driving in the right lane. Police say Gutierrez made an illegal U-turn in front of Barry, and Barry was thrown from the motorcycle after crashing into Gutierrez’s car.
Gutierrez had been deported three times prior to the crash and was driving a car that was not his.
A police report states Gutierrez told officers he was trying to turn when he hit Barry. Gutierrez refused to go to the hospital, but he was taken there anyway, and doctors did draw his blood for a blood test and officers did find a packet of white powder in his wallet that tested positive for cocaine.
If he tests positive for cocaine, his charges could be upped from causing a death while driving without a license (still a felony) to manslaughter.
People don’t realize that illegals kill about 25 Americans every day. Half by shootings and stabbings, and the other half by drunk driving accidents. That doesn’t even include all the child molesting and rapes.
Obama is responsible for this ILLEGAL foreign national being on our streets after being deported three times so he should be charges as an accomplice!

every family member of those killed by illegal aliens should bring charges against Obama and his band of cronies.
Our borders need to be secure no question. The time for this is now. Our poser Pres. Prefers chaos on this matter. He is aiding and abetin, Lawlessness with his objection. Immigration laws. This could lead to hostilities with our friends law abiding Mexicans. This could be the real agenda
of Obama. Create the crises then use executive order to step in and defy the American people and the billions we spent to be a waste.
Not to mention the many who are out thousands because of accidents, My son was hit and pushed into another traffic lane, the driver, illegal, and drunk at 9 AM, owner of car illegal, no Insurance, only had it to get tags, we cannot get uninsured money as accident was in Md. and we live in Va. Just thankful he and the driver of the car he was pushed into, were not injured.
Maybe more of us need to keep bringing this out.
My wife was hit from behind in a 1967 GTO in Houston by a wetback hit and run. The cops weren’t interested in doing anything BECAUSE HE WAS ILLEGAL, NEITHER WAS GEICO! They didn’t want to pay for repairs (Minus my deductible) either. They just wanted to total it . I Hunted him down through the “we tote the Note” car dealer who didn’t want to cooperate until I explained to him that I found him did he want to meet me personally? When Pedro came in the pay his weekly payment, he didn’t notice until he was ready to leave that his escape route was blocked by a 1964 IMPALA SS ! The cops still didn’t want to do anything with him, though they politely asked that I don’t kill him!
So where is our protection under the law?

This story is actually funny. Up in arms about this one illegal when hundreds of illegals are doing the same thing everyday in OUR country.
