He said immigration legislation is still necessary, not to integrate undocumented workers into society, as some say, but to make sure employers can’t hire illegal immigrants. Mr. Rubio also condemned President Obama’s executive order shielding millions of illegal immigrants from deportation as unconstitutional.
Sen. Rubio’s transformation on illegal immigration is a testament to the grassroots efforts of millions of patriotic Americans. They worked hard, fought the good fight and managed to defeat amnesty in Congress.
Now, as we the destruction Obama’s illegal alien amnesty is wreaking on our country, hopefully more and more Americans will see the light like Sen. Rubio and join us in opposing illegal immigration.
I’m still not willing to trust the “turnaround” on the part of Rubio. I may hear what he’s saying, but I haven’t forgotten yet what he did and actions speak louder than words.

Can`t trust a Hispanic politician when it comes to illegal immigration . I voted for Republican Martinez for Governor of New Mexico, on the grounds she wanted to repeal the bill giving invaders our Drivers Licenses . She knew the bill would never pass the N.M. Senate .
Now she sides with Obama on Amnesty .

Let’s all get back to the basic Constitutional argument. Rubio, Cruz and Jindal are not eligible to seek the office of the President or Vice President as stipulated under Article 2 of the Constitution. If they were the STATESMEN that they want us to believe that they are….they would admit to America that they are not eligible and move on to become great leaders, as many of our Founding Fathers did, outside of the presidency. Congress….both democrats and republicans have attempted to rewrite the stated intent of Article 2 at least 8 times from 2003 to 2008 and failed to even get the bill out of Committee. As such, let’s not hear any arguments about what the Natural Born Citizen Clause of the Constitution means or doesn’t mean. It is obviously enough of an impediment to our corrupt political brethren that they made 8 attempts over 5 years to change it and failed. The Founders knew exactly what they were doing and the mere fact that Obama is also NOT a Natural Born Citizen under Article 2 – is the very proof that we apparently needed to see how a person with divided loyalties and holding the Office of the President – goes about making the “fundamental changes” to the USA that he campaigned for and is doing. As for the Congress and the Supreme Court…..they are equally responsible for this constitutional crisis which will one day have to be addressed if this nation is to remain a Republic under Representative rule, rather than a democracy which is nothing more than MOB rule.
In the 80’s I used to live in Miami when there were still Cubano’s escaping the tyranny of Cuba and sneaking into Florida by boat. At that time our Government was more concerned with the drug trade than Cuban’s.
What we call Illegal Immigration is very close to Marco Rubio, his constituents in Dade County were once such and it’s only been a couple of decades for them. No doubt this was behind his position on this matter.
They snuck in, but because of Castro, were allowed to stay and become citizens, but unlike the Mexicans most of the Cubans wanted to have a day when they could go home and live in their own land. They didn’t come here for a better opportunity to earn money, they came to escape communist who were Jailing, torturing, and murdering them for not joining.
The problem with Mexicans is that they want to “take back” the land they say we stole from them, and make it Aztlan and a part of Mexico once again.

How stupid does Rubio think Americans are? Oh yes, some did vote for the usurper twice so I am sure many will believe rubio’s turn about.
Exactly right. My grandmother had a lot of “old sayings” and one that applies here is “The bet measure of what someone will do in the future is what they’ve done in the past.” So Mr. Rubio will need to prove me wrong by his actions first-then would come some support or trust and not until.

Rubio said all the right things, but I think we need more. Politicians, as is well known, will say whatever is necessary to get elected. Then, they “see the light” all over again. Not sure that I trust his “revelation.”
Exactly, last year Microsoft laid off 18,000 workers. And yet, Bill Gates asked Congress for more tech visas. So, I guess even a college degree won’t save you from declining wages in America.

Rubio did not change anything except his speech! If you believe this guy has changed you deserve the screw job you are going to get for voting for him and slugs like him!
