GOP Presidential contender Sen. Lindsey Graham told Republican primary voters they have to abandon their opposition to amnesty for illegal aliens if they want to win in the Presidency in 2016.
Graham appeared on “Face the Nation” Sunday to make the apocalyptic prediction:
Graham also said that Republicans will lose the White House again in 2016 if they embrace “self-deportation” of illegal immigrants as Mitt Romney did in 2012.
“If you pass a criminal background check, I’ll allow to you stay here and earn your way to citizenship,” he said. “I hope self deportation is in our rearview mirror. If it is not we will lose in 2016.”
Perhaps the first question in this criminal background check could be: “Have you ever violated United States immigration law?”
Tell us Mr. Grahamnesty, how can you play the amnesty game which we know will evolve to all ILLEGALS unless we stop it?
Most importantly, how will you and your amnesty conspirators give amnesty to ILLEGALS without hurting the honest immigrants trying to come here by obeying the law and to taxpayers who wind up paying the bills? Please explain that and give us a detailed picture. (I won’t be holding my breath)
