Illegal aliens published their list of demands under the guise of a so-called “Bill of Rights” which include free health care, in state tuition rates and eventually full citizenship.
The document oxymoronically calls for and end to the arrest and deportation of “all law-abiding undocumented Americans.”
“We know we have human rights, even though our very presence is deemed illegal and our existence alien. Now we have our own Bill of Rights and we want it to be the framework for every immigration decision going forward from the local to the national level,” the group said in a statement announcing their demands.
The 10 points include a demand that they be accorded respect; calls for citizenship rights and an immediate deferment of deportations; in-state tuition at public colleges; “wage equality”; medical care; and protection against deportation if illegal immigrants report a crime as a witness.
The list also includes a specific demand for “compelled authorization of birth certificates for our U.S.-born children.” That appears to be pushback against the state of Texas, where officials have ruled that parents must present valid ID to get children’s birth certificates — and have deemed the Mexican government’s Matricula Consular ID card not to be acceptable as primary identification.
Not only do the illegal aliens demand taxpayer funded goodies and full citizenship, they are also demanding “1984”-style language changes.
The list of rights begins with a protest against the terms “illegal” and “alien.” Immigrant-rights advocates say both terms are dehumanizing, and have offered “undocumented workers” or, in the case of United We Stand, “Undocumented Americans,” as their preferred term.

Illegal aliens have one right, and that is to be deported humanely,. nothing more. they are not American citizens and they do not share the privileges of an American citizen. Furthermore you must have an American citizen as a parent for you to be a citizen. stop the misinterpretation/bastardization of the 14th amendment…EVERYONE knows what it’s intent was.
I want to be perfectly clear on my position with undocumented workers and
immigration. For years, our nation has turned a blind-eye on undocumented
workers to work our crops, to mow our lawns, to work as dishwashers and car
washers, and a load of other detestable jobs that far too many Americans are too
fat and lazy to do, and or, are just too unwilling to do because the work is
beneath them.
For this, I don’t condemn undocumented workers (the majority that come from
Mexico and Latin America) who have shown time and time against their dedication
to work tirelessly with not just one of these crappy jobs, but take on two or
more to live the American Dream. Yes, they send money back home; this, above all
things, shows their willingness to sacrifice much for the chance to become
American Citizens that far too many Americans take for granted.
So, when I argue a case that talks about Border Security from Terrorists
for the sake of Real National Security, it is with the intentions of keeping out
Known Gang Members, not undocumented workers. It is to keep out Known Terrorist
types from Africa, from Russia, from Asia, from the Middle-East… Terrorists
that truly undermine public safety and security over bombings and mass
killings… not hard working, American loving, freedom seeking day laborers who
have been victimized by their own governments for a lack of jobs and security in
their own lands.
However, when I also argue about so-called Refugees, our nation has a
policy in place that does allow for citizens from nations that have been
victimized by war and terrorism to be allowed to seek political asylum and
sanctuary; we would be grateful to expect this from any western civilization as
well. But with asylum must come American indoctrination to our religious and
ideology..
and for this, I fear we cannot allow political asylum to 10,000, let alone
100,000 or 300,000 Syrian Refugees to enter any region of the Americas; from
North to South without fearing another Boston Bomber hiding among the
midst.
Recently, I received a Petition from Raymond C. Offenheiser, Board of
Directors of Oxfam America Advocacy; he is looking for signatures to hand over
to Obama demanding that he do his part to Bringing In 100,000 Syrian Refugees to
the U.S. I don’t agree with this Petition and Request. In fact, we should look
to Japan’s leader, Shinzo Abe stance on allowing NO Syrian refugees into his
country in fear of National Security and potential threat and conflict to the
Sovereignty of their nation over religious and ideological differences to its
country and to its people.
I say, we need to maintain the Sovereignty of the U.S. without influence
for the UN nor any other nation with differing ideological differences and
conflict at all.
But I do have a Much Better Solution for the EU, and the U.S. and South
America:

– Create International Database on All ‘Refugees’
– All ‘refugees’ are
Given Documents of Temporary Stay until quick safe return can be made and
enforced
– Documentation is for national security and is Not A Right or
Pathway To Citizenship
– Fully Document and Identified, Finger Printed,
Photographed, Etc. be placed on national security watch list
– Minimum
Temporary Social Services and or Temporary Work Permits in restricted zones, and
or $15,000 for Each Family To Repatriate Immediately back To Homeland or Gulf
State Resettlement to Open Business or Buy Home — Anyone Caught returning loses
privileges of ever returning again.
– Must Officially Document Whereabouts
Each Month while being processed — Not Free To Roam Around to Seek Asylum

Temporary Documents Must Be Re-Applied Each Year in Host Country (Good for only
4 Years Maximum)
– Must Return to safe Gulf State or Middle-Easter Home
Country After Document Expiration)
– Children Born in Host Country Are Not
Permitted Pathway to Citizenship and Are Not Given Host Country National Rights,
but must adopt ‘Refugee’s’ Homeland as Place of Birth Origin

I am afraid you took a tangent from my post and point, but no worries… I understand your concern and argument. I don’t advocate ‘giving’ anything to anyone, but to make sure our country is safe from real Terrorists and not hard-working job seekers that are willing to be fully indoctrinated into our Western social ideology (though it covers a bit of differing areas). I am merely talking about securing our borders from Terrorists.
I live in California and I am a third generation grandchild to Portuguese immigrants; back then that meant coming through Ellis Island and proper channels. But it would be hypocritical to argue that our country has taken a back-seat to migrant workers who have in reality been credited for keeping produce food prices down for the benefit to many poor Americans.
I can’t argue with your regarding your concern and hardship you have faced with contract labor; I know it is difficult. But it is a field of work that for most large projects require licenses. The burden of fines should go toward both parties; those to employ unlicensed contractors for failing to check for licenses, and so-called contractors working illegally without a license… for this, I too would be upset, and this sounds like a state issue you and other like yourself should argue legislatively with your state representatives to enforce.
Again, I am for preserving America, its Constitution and Bill of Rights; and if that means securing the borders that prevents EVERYONE from coming in; as the laws in place have been over-looking, then ALL must stay out. However, until that law is enforced, I am arguing that our nation, like Japan, has to step up measures that Secure our borders from Terrorists as well as keep radical ideologies out of our country if that means refusing Syrian and Middle-Eastern refugees… until we can be sure their full participation included full indoctrination and way of life away from radical thinking and ideology and religious differences that conflict with American values and ideologies and religious beliefs and freedoms.
Maybe if these ILLEGAL ALIENS popping out ANCHOR BABIES would gripe, complain, boycott, fight, protest, ridicule, put down, march in the streets,walk out of school, riot and stand up for their “rights” IN THEIR OWN COUNTRY, maybe their country wouldnt be such a crap hole and they wouldn’t have to ILLEGALLY enter the United States, my country, and demand the LEGAL American citizens accept their ILLEGAL activity while we are expected to pay for their ILLEGAL behavior.
