A Chicago woman was sexually assaulted by illegal alien Crescencio Heredia last week according to Chicago police.
Heredia had been at the victim’s residence drinking beer when she went to sleep, she told police. She woke to to find him raping her. She told him to stop, but he began attacking her shortly later.
After she reported Heredia to police, authorities charged him with “two counts of criminal sexual assault, two counts of criminal sexual abuse and two counts of possession of a firearm without a Firearm Owner’s Identification card,” according to the Daily Herald. Police confiscated ammunition and two guns from his apartment, noting “defendant is an illegal alien and unable to possess a Firearm Owner’s Identification card.”
Imagine that. An illegal alien, who broke the law to be in the country, also owned two illegal guns! In Chicago no less which boasts one of the nation’s strictest gun control regimes. How’s that working out for the people of Chicago?
