Illegal immigrant Ramiro Ajualip admitted to investigators he raped a 10 year old girl in late February.
Unfortunately for the 10 year old, Ajualip sauntered across the border just four weeks earlier, slipping through Barack Obama’s non-existent border security and landed in Russellville, AL where he lived with the girl’s parents.
Initially, the girl was afraid to come forward due to threats made by Ajualip but eventually they ended up at a local hospital.
Ajualip was arrested and confessed to the horrible crime during interrogation. He’s being held at the Franklin County Jail on a 150,000 bond.
So far, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have not put a hold on Ajualip, so he still stands to face 10 years to life. However, if ICE does put a hold on him:
If ICE were to put a hold Ajualip and moved to a deportation center, he could be sent back to his native country without incurring any punishment for the crime committed.
“If they bond them out, then the ICE hold immediately takes on, and they’ll call ICE and a lot of times take them on to the processing center – even though they have these pending criminal charges,” Rushing told WSFA-12, the local NBC affiliate in Central Alabama. “In fact, there’s been several times where a person has ended up getting deported before they ever faced the charges… they are actually removed and put into their home country, never to have to face justice for the victim or anything else.”
So not only are illegal aliens getting away with a crime just entering the country, some are committing horrific crimes here and then taking a free ride courtesy of Uncle Sam back to their home countries without ever facing justice.

Rep. Steve King reported the approximate DAILY crime rate for illegal immigrants in America is: 12 victims killed (DUI, accidents, drug overdose, etc), 12-13 murders, and 8 children molested.
I’ve also heard there are more police on DC’s capitol hill than in
our Border Patrol…..at least our Amnesty Advocates are nicely out of line of attack (except from their illegal house servants).
One aspect of this story that really troubles me and I don’t see anyone else seems to have caught it. This guy was living with this 10 yr. olds parents! Really, I do believe that the parents should be jailed for reckless endangerment of their childs life. They were harboring a fugitive(illegal alien). should they be at all surprised that he committed a crime against one of their own family members. I guess you just can’t cure stupid.
This is no different than if Obama raped that girl himself. The blood of every evil act from illegals is on Obama’s hands.
Obama, king of the trash, needs deported quickly. He needs sent to Iran so he can be “nothing” over there.

Gerald I am sorry I did not respond earlier. I have ben bouncing all over the place trying to keep up. I did see that right away just did not have time to respond immediately . My thought was the same. What is wrong with parents anymore. I am so tired of watching children being hurt. I just want to hold them and tell them they will never have to go thru that again. but that is not possible. we can figure out how to go to the moon but to keep our kids safe not good enough.
I will never stop trying to find a way to make them safe. Maybe we have to get to the court. I guess we can do that as soon as we get rid of the other junk in our way.

I would say the court system is already involved as they would have been through the local hospital. And all this goes through children protective services when they go through the hospital. We might hear more about this later but I doubt it as the powers that be will try to keep this as quiet as possible. Aftervall look where we heard it.
Gerald, I mean the real court system. They are all full of it. especially Childrens Protective Services. I trust no one. I have seen them in action.

I just spent I time with Ian, and i was sick to my gut reading about what he is going thru and why. he had 7 surgery on his back and legs. and still can’t walk more then 50 steps. he was homeless at one point he needs another surgery and they keep putting it off. This is our veterans administration. he is now 60 years old. Gerald I will do every thing I can to make his life comfortable. He lives on pills and sleeps only 2 hrs at a time. that is heart breaking. do you think you can help with any suggestions.
