Court Orders Deported Illegal Aliens Brought Back

A Federal appeals court ordered the Immigration and Customs Enforcement Service (ICE) to locate and return to the United States a pair of Guatemelan illegal immigrants who has just been deported.

Chief Judge Theodore A. McKee of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals demanded a plane ferrying the illegals back to their rightful home be stopped or failing that the pair be located in Guatemala and immediately (and at the taxpayer’s expense) returned to the United States.

“If the government is unable to intercept Petitioners at the airport, they must locate Petitioners in Guatemala and return them to the United States as quickly as possible,” McKee wrote in his June 19 order.

The two illegal immigrants had spent the past year in a detention facility in Pennsylvania after they were nabbed illegally crossing the border.

The Court was considering an appeal of their request for asylum based on a fear of domestic violence should they be returned to Guatemala.

No doubt the illegals had a very different ride into the United States the second time they crossed the border illegally.

  1. TeaPartyImmigration Coalition says

Obviously, the court has involved itself in abetting a crime of illegal entry. While the court MAY have a legitimate beef with those who returned them, they have no right to order the return of illegal aliens into our country.

  2. It just shows you how rotten and corrupt our government has become. We are nothing but cattle.

  3. ONE MORE action by the court and politicians to destroy this country!!! Want to see the immigrants as nasty as they are???? TRAVEL to Texas, Arizona, and California!!! California is on the verge of bankruptcy because they opened their doors and wallets to these criminals….. AND NOW THEY CAN’T STOP ANYTHING…. EXPECIALLY SINCE THE TURDS IN THE WHITE HOUSE ENCOURAGE THEFT, RAPE AND MURDER BY DOING NOTHING TO PROTECT CITIZENS!!
