TWO UNDERCOVER MINUTEMEN APPREHEND TWO RIOTERS IN PORTLAND, OREGON. —
Two rioters involved in the May 1 mayhem rally in downtown Portland were detained by Minutemen for police arrest yesterday after they were filmed allegedly committing arson and smashing windows of businesses.
The Minutemen, who travelled to Portland from Seattle, Wa., covertly embedded themselves within the throngs of black-garbed, masked rioters. They also wore black garb and masks to easily blend into the riotous crowd.
During the full court press against the rioters by Portland police officers, the minuteman duo sprung into action and tackled the two rioters and held them for police.
The two minutemen have since returned to Seattle. Their identities or backgrounds will not be revealed.
Other minutemen/women also embedded themselves in rallies in Philadelphia, Chicago, Milwaukee, Neil N Joan Coyew York, and Los Angeles. None reported any out-of-control, or criminal, conduct that would result in arrests.
