United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) chief Leon Rodriguez complained about the laws he’s supposed to enforce saying illegals don’t get “justice” in America.
“You will never once see the word ‘justice’ [in the country’s immigration laws and regulations],” Leon Rodriguez reportedly said at a convention of the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, according to the Salt Lake Tribune. “Real justice will come when we have reform… that gives us a path to citizenship [for illegal immigrants].”
Rodriguez is doing all he can for this so-called “justice” by openly ignoring the law of the land he’s supposedly trying to enforce.
Since Obama enacted his executive amnesty, Rodriguez has assured illegal immigrants that it would be permanent and encouraged them to apply and “participate with confidence” and without fear.
If an illegal wants “justice” they can go back and get it from their country of origin. What a bunch of BS uttered by an idiotic bureaucrat.
Real justice is when those who are here illegally are deported or imprisoned!

Never a more truer statement has ever come out of Obama or his administration, for if illegal immigrants got the justice they deserve in the USA, they would be arrested and then deported back to the country that they came from when illegally entering into the USA, or at least that’s what our laws say and proscribe to be done, but Obama and USCIS Chief Leon Rodriquez refuse to enforce our laws, change them on the go to whatever they want, and give amnesty and US citizens tax money to illegal immigrants, even to those so many that commit felonies of rape, child molestation, murder, and even many other horrid crimes against US citizens while they are in the USA illegally. Where is the American people’s righteous indignation to this violation of the laws of the USA? By the Obama administration’s own reports, there are over98 million US citizens of working age not included in the ‘US Workforce’, and when added to the over 9 million US citizens that the Obama administration admits are unemployed, the total comes well over 107 million of US citizens of working ages that are without a job, so what do you think the real and true ‘Unemployment Rate’ in the USA actually is? When considering the two independent economic reports that came out from separate sources in the last six months: the first proclaiming that all the ‘Net Jobs’ created in the USA over the last seven years have all gone to immigrants, both legal and illegal; the second proclaiming the all the legal and illegal immigrants who have entered the USA over the last ten years number more than twice the number of jobs created in the USA during that same ten year period; which all this explains why the USA has over 107 million working aged US citizens without jobs, and as these illegal immigrants are given amnesty and a path to citizenship, it’s going to get even worse for the US citizens, as it will also be for their children and grandchildren over the next decade.

In MY world, when you commit a crime, you suffer the consequences for your actions. In Obama’s, Lynch’s (Holder’s), and Rodriguez’s world, if you commit a crime (illegally entering the U.S.) you get REWARDED with a path to citizenship. And, some people wonder what is wrong with liberal thinking, when the answer is quite obvious.

2 years ago my son was hit by an illegal alien, DRUNK at 10 AM, no lic., owner of car, also illegal, had Ins. long enough to get tags. My son was pushed into another car and luckily only had some bumps and bruises, other driver same. This POS who doesn’t “Understand” justice ran, was caught yet managed to escape again, this time the LOE hog tied him, NOW we are out the deductible, we have no knowledge of the where about’s of him or car owner, we cannot collect j “Uninsured” as accident was in one state and we live in another ?? Does ICE have them, were they deported??, We do not know and cannot find out. We need to go back to how things were, IN this country Illegally, caught, you get deported ASAP, kids born while here, take them with you, 14th amendment was NOT intended to give free passage to illegals, it was to protect the children of slaves, in fact it clearly states “Subject to jurisdiction thereof” Since Illegals do not fit under that problem solved, they are NOT citizens.

If Rodriguez truly feels that doing his job is “unjust” to the criminal alien insurgents who are infiltrating our nation, then he is cordially invited to quit his job and go find another one.

Real justice is when the traitors that are responsible for enforcing our immigration laws start enforcing them or go to jail for treason against this nation.
