Border Patrol agents are preparing for another summer of Central American and Mexican unaccompanied minors pouring over the Southern Border.
Right now, the Border Patrol estimates they will catch 39,000 minors and 53,000 families at the border this year.
While this is down from the Great Surge in 2014, it will still nearly triple the numbers from 2013 and overwhelm facilities all across the Southern Border.
“They’re completely unprepared,” Johnson said of federal agencies, according to the Times. “When stuff happens fast, they’re going to be at capacity again and there’s going to be a backlog…You’d think that people would learn from their mistakes, but I don’t think they have.”
This time last year, government officials began to see an increase in the numbers of families and children crossing the border and the pattern appears to already be taking shape for this year.
These numbers may represent a slight decrease from last year’s massive flood but some believe the numbers may be somewhat understated.
He noted slight increases in the number of immigrants caught crossing in West Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Southern California.
“I think the smugglers are actually trying to shake out their new routes,” he said.

Interesting Americans are getting slapped with child endangerment law suits for letting their eleven year old walk to a park by themselves. These children are crossing countries and deserts unaccompanied by a blood parent and it is OK. These people are documented much like our harden criminals released from prison, they are put on our streets to finned for themselves any way they can. Over turn our immigration laws and stop them on Mexico’s side of the border. under our free trade laws we have enough slaves in this country.
I wonder when the American people will wake up, if ever, as the liberal media makes sure they stay asleep by not reporting the consequences of their messiah Obama’s illegal immigrant amnesty. One thing for sure that the American people need to realize, this is no longer just an immigration problem, but an ‘INVASION PROBLEM’. An independent economic report cme out three months ago claiming that all the ‘Net Jobs’ created in the USA the last seven years all went to immigrates, both legal and illegal, and just last month another independent economic report came out from a different source stating that the number of both legal and illegal immigrants that entered the USA over the last ten years was more than twice that of the number of jobs that were created during that same ten years. Is there any wonder why there are an estimated, by the CBO, 30 million American citizens that are unemployed and underemployed in the USA today, and that is a very conservative estimate too? Since there are so many Spanish speaking Latinos that Obama has allowed to come into and stay in the USA, that most businesses today want Spanish/English bilingual employees in todays workforce. So can you, or your English speaking children and grandchildren also speak Spanish, because if they can’t, there won’t be too many jobs available for you or them, but you’d better believe that most of these illegal immigrants that Obama is illegally giving amnesty to can also speak English.
We have struggling Americans who can barely make it and some families are even homeless, yet Obama wants to flood our nation with even more poverty.
