I’ve been to the Border with Jim Gilchrist and I know this section. It’s touted as one of the more “fortified” segments of the fence. Most of the the border is unfenced, as you know. The sections of fence that do exist vary from the type shown above in the video to the upturned Vietnam-era jungle runway slabs shown below. As you can see, no attempt to fill around rocks (or ditches, holes, outcrops or gullies) has been made. So illegal immigrants just scramble over the rock and boom!, they’re in the USA. It’s an outrage. Donald Trump is absolutely correct to draw the Nation’s attention to this glaring gap in National Security.
