Rick Perry Hits Back as Mexican President Criticizes National Guard on Border

Rick Perry fired back this week at the president of Mexico over Perry’s decision to deploy the National Guard at the U.S.-Mexico border, declaring in a letter he will use any legal means to protect his state from illegal immigration – whether Mexico likes it or not. Perry’s letter was in response to comments Mexican President Pena Nieto made during an interview last week with the newspaper El Universal.
