An illegal alien who attempted to rape a hotel clerk was ignored by Glendale, CO police twice before the terrified woman, with the help of a local TV station, finally forced the authorities to arrest the pervert.
A 38-year old motel clerk at the Extended Stay America on 4444 Leetsdale Drive called Glendale police on Sept. 13 to report an attempted rape. The victim told a 911 dispatcher that a drunk customer lured her outside at 2 a.m., saying his room key wasn’t working.
Moments later, she said the suspect was pushing her into the guest laundry room.
“This was definitely an attempted rape, this was not just drunken fondling, it went well beyond that,” the victim said in an exclusive interview with FOX31. “I have bruises under my arms, he was holding my arms and pushed me into the table.”
The employee managed to escape and called 911 after locking herself inside the motel office. But instead of arresting the man, police took him to his motel room and left without taking a statement from the victim.
The illegal, showing the same respect for the law he showed in entering the country illegally, stayed at the motel and was discovered the very next night lurking in the same laundry room.
“He was waiting, he was waiting and he was sober this time. He was ready to hurt me,” the victim said.
“You could tell (the suspect) was just sitting there waiting, probably waiting for me to leave or something and I was like ‘No, call the police,’” the boyfriend said.
But when police arrived, they still didn’t arrest the man. Instead, they ordered him off the property.
Of course, he refused to leave and police were called a third time.
Detectives found their suspect, 34-year-old Allen Aleman-Olvias, supposedly banned from the Extended Stay America, still on the property. He has been booked for unlawful sexual contact and third-degree assault.
“It took FOX31 to get everyone to listen. He would’ve been loose to do it again, maybe worse,” the victim said after learning of the arrest.
Aleman-Olivas was being held in jail without bond Tuesday night. Police said Aleman-Olivas is in the country illegally but might not be deported because he only faces misdemeanors.
Thanks to President Obama’s amnesty policy, American can soon look forward to Aleman-Olivas running the streets with a brand new green card and a pocket full of food stamps.
