Illegal immigrant Ramiro Ajualip admitted to investigators he raped a 10 year old girl in late February.
Unfortunately for the 10 year old, Ajualip sauntered across the border just four weeks earlier, slipping through Barack Obama’s non-existent border security and landed in Russellville, AL where he lived with the girl’s parents.
Initially, the girl was afraid to come forward due to threats made by Ajualip but eventually they ended up at a local hospital.
Ajualip was arrested and confessed to the horrible crime during interrogation. He’s being held at the Franklin County Jail on a 150,000 bond.
So far, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have not put a hold on Ajualip, so he still stands to face 10 years to life. However, if ICE does put a hold on him:
If ICE were to put a hold Ajualip and moved to a deportation center, he could be sent back to his native country without incurring any punishment for the crime committed.
“If they bond them out, then the ICE hold immediately takes on, and they’ll call ICE and a lot of times take them on to the processing center – even though they have these pending criminal charges,” Rushing told WSFA-12, the local NBC affiliate in Central Alabama. “In fact, there’s been several times where a person has ended up getting deported before they ever faced the charges… they are actually removed and put into their home country, never to have to face justice for the victim or anything else.”
So not only are illegal aliens getting away with a crime just entering the country, some are committing horrific crimes here and then taking a free ride courtesy of Uncle Sam back to their home countries without ever facing justice.
