A suspected gang member wanted on suspicion of murder in El Salvador was arrested in the Bay Area after Concord police officers spotted him during a routine traffic stop, U.S. Marshals Service officials said this week. Alleged MS-13 gang member and fugitive Fermin Aguilar-Agueta, 26, had been wanted for murder in connection with a March 2007 fatal shooting of a rival gang member in El Salvador, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. He was charged for the crime in El Salvador 2009, and an Interpol Red Notice was issued for him in 2013.
