MEDIA REQUESTS ROLLING IN, BUT MINUTEMEN ARE STAYING “IN THE SHADOWS.”
MINUTEMAN PROJECT KEEPS MOST MEDIA IN THE “DARK” RE: CURRENT CALL UP FOR BORDER OBSERVATION VOLUNTEERS
Latest reply to three media requests:
Dear XXXXXXX (media representative),
We have unfortunately had to go “dark” insofar as most media outlets covering us, due to security and propaganda concerns that are so common today.
At this time we only grant interviews and share information with OAN and FOX networks. There is absolutely little to no trust in any other media outlets or free-lancers.
However, if you can clear yourself with Sara A Carter, a long-time reporter who I know, and a contributor to FOX News, then I will consider opening up your access to the Minuteman Project.
Years ago I was wide open and transparent to the media, but most of them have compromised their integrity and really are little more than propagandists who rely on our hospitality and naivate to infiltrate our ranks to create “fake news.”
I remember once we had some clowns from a TV station in Phoenix who went from outpost to outpost using the “N” word and other degrading slurs about illegal aliens…apparently in an attempt to encourage our volunteers to speak similarly…so they could film and record such language.
They failed. We caught on to their scam right away and we threw them out of our observation posts! These idiots worked for a major TV network in Phoenix. We are tired of fascist broadcast media people.
I am a former newspaper reporter from back in the early 70s and I am disgusted with what has become of journalism today. Apparently, the professional canons of journalism that I was schooled under, and worked under, no longer exist.
Sorry for my obstinance, but, it is what it is. I cannot subject my volunteers to any more unwarranted degrading news coverage than they routinely receive by the media anyway
