BREITBART — Over 90,000 illegal immigrant children could attempt the dangerous border crossing into the United States as Congress and the Obama Administration send conflicting messages about what laws will be enforced, according to a memorandum by Deputy Homeland Security Chief Ronald Vitiello first reported by the Associated Press. The record number is a 300 percent increase over the previous year.
