Chair of the joint committee Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) made it clear that this performance before Congress was unacceptable:
Ms. Burriesci, I’ve asked you the number of American’s who’ve traveled to Syria, you don’t know. The number of Americans who may have traveled and returned, you don’t know. The number of Syrian refugees who’ve entered the country in the last year, you don’t know. The number of visa waiver program overstays, you don’t know. The number of visa waiver overstays who may have been to Syria before they came here, you don’t know. And the number of American citizens on the no-fly list and you don’t know. And yet you are the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Screening Coordination, Office of Policy, Department of Homeland Security in front of the oversight committee and you can’t give us one single number to some, I think, pretty basic questions?
Burriesci is an idiot. She is also a senior official with the Department of Homeland Security. No wonder our system is in chaos. Her stunning lack of knowledge is an insult to Congress and deserves a swift and sever rebuke to the bosses who sent her, like a lamb to the slaughter, to deal with something this serious.

She showed the Department for what it is, Obama’s sidekick. His socialist policies are rife, the law is flouted, and immigrants are safe to come and go as they please. Heck, we don’t even know where most of them are. The unelected bureaucrats are in charge, and if this is the best they can do, our nation is very seriously compromised.
